For example, Amazon has expanded online grocery delivery to various regions that are affected by the coronavirus; Zara has provided help for making hospital scrubs; and Accenture has collaborated with many charitable organisations to facilitate virtual volunteering opportunities to help those affected by the pandemic. If your company displays a genuine want to give back to society and manages to do so successfully, it can foster a sense of pride in your employees toward the organisation.

Working-from-home has now become a necessary measure rather than an option. Businesses around the world have to adapt to this drastic change in order to survive.
